VVFulfillment is a third-party logistics provider in the Los Angeles area built around one kind of client: Korean beauty and food brands selling into the United States. We hold your inventory, ship your orders across Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify, and handle the returns that come back.
VVFulfillment is a logistics 3PL partner for Korean brands on the Walmart online marketplace.
Stock sits in our warehouse, not inside a marketplace facility. The same units serve Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop and your own Shopify store, so you are not forced to split inventory by platform.
Orders flow in from your connected channels and go out with category-appropriate packing. Consumer orders ship as parcels; marketplace replenishment and retail deliveries go out on pallets from the same stock.
Marketplaces require a physical US return address before they will approve a seller. We provide one, confirm receipt of what arrives, and dispose of or hold items according to rules you set in advance.
Barcode and FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, gift-set assembly and inspection are done here rather than at your factory in Korea, so you are not committing to a final pack format before you know what sells.
Most US 3PLs treat a Korean shipment as an unlabelled unknown. Korean text on the carton, a Korean lot code, a shade name that only exists in Korean — each one becomes a guess, and guesses become mispicks.
Expiry dates and lot codes are tracked, with first-expired-first-out picking. Shade and variant naming is handled in both languages. Gift sets and holiday kits are assembled here on demand.
US labelling requirements, allergen statements and temperature sensitivity are treated as operating constraints, not paperwork. Lot traceability is maintained from inbound through outbound.
Your team in Korea and our floor in California work from the same SKU master. Correspondence is available in English and in Korean, which removes the translation layer that usually sits between a brand and its warehouse.
Most brands do not need full fulfillment on day one. They need one requirement solved so they can open a channel. The plans are designed to be climbed, and your deposit carries across as you move up.
| Stage | Plan | Monthly | Who it fits |

| 4 | Full 3PL | Usage-based | Complete service including direct-to-consumer fulfillment |
No. Most of our clients are Korean corporations without a US entity or EIN. Marketplaces such as Walmart onboard non-US companies under the W-8BEN-E tax classification. What they still require is a physical US return address, which we provide from $19 per month.
La Mirada, California, in the greater Los Angeles area. The location was chosen for proximity to the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports, the main gateway for ocean freight from Asia.
Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Because inventory sits in a channel-neutral warehouse rather than a platform-owned facility, the same stock can serve every channel.
Yes. The Return-only plan gives you a compliant US return address with no inventory commitment, which is enough to complete seller registration. You can move up to storage and fulfillment once sales are proven, carrying your deposit across.
Korean packaging, Korean-language labels and Korean lot codes are read correctly rather than guessed at, which reduces mispicks. Cosmetics are handled with expiry and lot tracking on a first-expired-first-out basis, and food is handled with US labelling and temperature requirements in mind.
Send us your product category, your target channels and your expected monthly volume, and we will come back with what the operation would look like and what it would cost.
